 adherence to HACCP guidelines and thorough inspections of every day's
 production. All product is held until after the inspection analysis - when
 safety is assured.

 Valley Maid Foods is actually a smaller company today than it was in 1999.
 Yet now the company is more focused, dynamic and successful than ever.
 In the late 2000s, Valley Maid's sales territory was limited to the west coast.  Today, Valley Maid covers most of the western world, selling over 60 million  pounds of product annually.
 Approximately 40% of our plants' production is co-packed for
 major pork companies and their brands. Of the remaining 60% of product
 packed under VAlley Maid brands, about half is for foodservice and the
 other half is for retail sales. As Valley Maid Foods has evolved over the  decades, it has remained a multi-generation, family-owned business.
 And along the way, we've never lost sight of the uncompromised
 insistence on top quality on which Betty Furness founded our business. And  no matter how Valley Maid continues to grow - we never will.
